“Located in the heart of Fort Collins, we chose the Armstrong to stay for my sister's graduation. It's centrally located, which was very convenient for getting around. We got to our hotel a little early, they were able to accommodate a slightly early check-in. They upgraded us and even gave us free parking, all of which was unexpected and very generous as we were not expecting anything like that! The room itself was very comfortable and we slept so well. “The room was very nice and cozy, however communication was lacking. I asked if it would be possible to check in at 3 instead of 4. We had dinner plans, and wanted to drop our stuff off ahead of time. I was told they would put in the request, and then nothing. I sent a message asking again, but was ignored. We ended up not being able to check in until 4 which was ignoring. I personally feel that 4 is a little bit late to check in. Would checking in an hour early really hurt? We sat outside……
