“We stayed in a double room off the courtyard and it was lovely. Especially Loved the duo of local music in the bar area with Carmel Dempsey who has such a beautiful voice. Staff were very accommodating and drove us down to the Ashford Castle for a peek. Breakfast was delicious. In Cong took 'The Quiet Man' movie tour which is not to be missed! Ate dinner in Pat Cohan's bar which is featured in the John Wayne movie.”

“Our visit to Tully, Renvyle was the Ireland I wanted to experience. The drive through Connemara to get there was unforgettable, and once we arrived we were great with a small village right on the sea. We misread the arrival instructions, so we only gave John a 30-minute warning but he was ready for us when we arrived. Parking was free and just alongside the B&B. “First experience of a hostel and I could not recommend this type of accommodation enough. Wow value for money very clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay again.”

“We thoroughly enjoyed our 3 night stay with this wonderful hospitality team. Yes, the lodge is in the middle of nowhere but that’s the point. Plenty to do in the countryside or within 15 minutes drive, and wonderful food awaits you upon returning. Not sure we’ll ever make it back, but encourage you to spend at least one if your Connemara nights by the cozy fires at the Lach Inach Lodge. ”
