“Hotel lobby is pretty new and grand for a 3-4 star hotel. The hotel staff are helpful and nice. It's a nice choice if you are traveling in the Belfast City Airport. But the housekeeping service is a bit messy.”

“absolutely stunning location and rooms. when arriving felt like we were driving into a new build estate. check in information had been sent to me on whatsapp however due to poor signal and crossing border into NI this message had not come through properly, but check in was easy once this little hiccup was navigated. Room was a fab size, beautifully furnished, with stunning views. Communal kitchen and dining space was clean and easy to navigate meaning we weren't confined to our room. Road nearby……

“Absolutely gorgeous hotel, stunningly decorated and immaculately clean. Stayed in a suite with a dreamy claw foot tub and had a lovely peaceful nights sleep.”

“The property is nice and clean and modern and has plenty of sleeping space. There isn’t much options around the place for eating and not much to do”

“Great location and William was very helpful getting us the black cab tour scheduled He was also very knowledgeable about places to visit and was passionate about making our travels the best. We didn’t like how dinky our room was and that parking was not on the property a little hard to get to. The bed was comfortable ”

“The room was clean, spacious and bright. It made for a lovely girls night away. The hotel is in a prime location, just a short walk away from bars, boutiques and shops on the Lisburn Road. There's even a lovely little cafe called The Mad Hatter just a few doors down. Overnight, there's access to vending machines which I thought was a nice touch and definitely handy in a pinch.”

“Parking is not free on weekdays.room was lovely, friendly staff, comfortable bed, close to shops and a 15 minute drive to Belfast”

“No bottled water, insufficient seats and cups in the room for 3 adults. The air con didn’t work even the staff reset it, forcing us to open the window which made the room more noisy. ”
