“The room is clean and tidy. Breakfast is well prepared. Landlady arranged late check in for us. But there is no hot water for shower. Because it was 23:00, we can’t call the landlady so we tried to email them but failed. In the morning, I tried to ask Hotels.com to help me, in the chat room the staff was not helpful. ”

“We stayed for 3 nights for ease to be closeby to the Royal Victoria Hospital - which only took us about 8 minutes in the car. Check in was brilliant, really lovely member of staff on the desk. I had emailed about the apartment being ready a bit earlier and this was no problem. The secure underground parking was a huge benefit. Plenty of grocery stores within walking distance and lots of places nearby and available for delivery using deliveroo which was handy for us as we were running back and……

“The Ulsterville is an amazing place to stay. We love it so much this is our third time to stay here! The shower is great and the beds are so comfy. There was a storm this time for our check in day so the nice lady from the Ulsterville rang us and let us push back our trip by one day at no extra cost…so nice of them. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Belfast! (Private car park is an added bonus)”

“My wife and I booked this hotel hoping it would be a very comfortable and romantic place for our wedding. We were not disappointed. Michael, Isabelle and all the staff were as attentive, friendly, professional and thoughtful as we could have hoped for. “Stayed many times here....like it as a base for belfast Staff friendly but disappointed by the fact no food or bar Monday through Thursday due to owners selling..staff suggested somewhere which was spot on but i didn't feel i could relax and do some work have a beer etc before my meal...i will have to find an alternative for when im back in june and will sadly not return to house hotel...not told in advance of this issue”

“This was one of the greatest stays we have ever experienced. The staff kept us updated about accessing the building, where to park (if we had brought a car), and were extremely helpful throughout the stay. The rooms were very, very clean and bright, with excellent facilities for our needs. We would recommend this to everyone as a first class experience not to be missed.”
