“Nice and tidy hotel near the city centre. Just 15 mins walking distance from Europa bus station. When we arrived at very beginning, the air condition was noisy and we requested to change another room. The staff are helpful and willing to change another room in the same floor. 鄰近商場及巴士總站, 轉變走多十分鐘便是主要大街. 附近亦有超市及找換店, 十分方便”

“A really cool, millennial vibe hotel. The lobby has a cafe (espresso and pastries) and multiple restaurants on site! In a great part of town- shopping, pubs. Not the closest to the "main" Belfast tourist attractions but those are easily accessible by walking or bus. Would definitely stay here again.”

“This was one of the greatest stays we have ever experienced. The staff kept us updated about accessing the building, where to park (if we had brought a car), and were extremely helpful throughout the stay. The rooms were very, very clean and bright, with excellent facilities for our needs. We would recommend this to everyone as a first class experience not to be missed.”

“Beautiful hotel, great position near lots of attractions and short walk to the centre. Room was spacious and very comfortable. The whole setting was splendid and super quality. However, the hotel is not yet at the standard that is expected. Staffing levels were low. Lots of waiting around in the bar and to be seated. Lack of service attention in meals . We dined at the Wolff grill on the Saturday evening . Staffing levels low and service felt rushed . Clearly a lack of maitre d on duty managing……
