“Quiet but close to shopping, dining and activities ”

“The rooms were clean and nicely decorated. Lovely little front desk garden lobby and small bar area, free bike rentals, complimentary coffee/tea breakfast pastries, rooms had nice views and bright windows. The staff were friendly and had great suggestions for things to do in the area. ”

“We had an amazing stay, Merrill house was stunning, artsy, chic and a had very unique decor. Our room was like nothing we’ve stayed at before. Comfortable bed and attention to small details in the room and in the hotel that make the experience special. Staff was very friendly and the breakfast was so delicious and unique. Strawberry cheesecake French toast is what I had. Would definitely stay here again!”

“We stayed at the hotel over the Canada Day long weekend a d really enjoyed our stay. What I loved most is that they recently in 2025 changed out carpets in rooms and replaced it with wood looking laminate. It’s so much nicer looking and cleaner. It really makes the hotel look and feels modern and airy. And honestly carpets in general are distracting, impossible to clean properly and hold dust and smells. These floors are so much easier to clean and didn’t activate my dust allergies. The staff……
