“It is badly let down by its bathrooms and breakfasts. The hotel is in a good location, although next to main port road and flyover so you can’t really leave your window open.
The rooms are a good size and there is a lovely bar area which is nice to sit and relax in after a day out. However, when we arrived the room smelt badly of damp; turns out the showers in the bathroom are very badly designed and flood every time you use them. This meant the wallpaper in the bathrooms was peeling away up……
“Stellar hotel, and worthy of the 5-star rating. Staff anticipated every need. They were fast, efficient, and gracious. Breakfast buffet was enormous, with a huge array of selections. Room was large and comfortable, with direct-plug outlets for USB, as well as built-in power adapters for a variety of plugs.
I highly recommend this place.”

“Gezien beperkte bezetting en rammadan geen bufet ontbijt maar een bordje met items. Climaat control centraal, maar na verzoek wel aangepast. Grote kamer met uitzicht. Eerste 2 dagen was op de verdieping een niet prettig lucht. Tijdens rest van verblijf niet. Behulpzaam en vriendelijk personeel.”
“Clean, comfortable and spacious rooms with a view of the Black Sea. Location was excellent for us and everything we wanted to see was walking distance. The breakfast choice was very good and there was also a private hotel car park. Excellent value for money. Highly recommended! ”

“Everything is poor except the garden view
1.Security problem - This hotel is composed of 3 houses. Everyone outside can get into because there's no security check or gate door. The main door of the house we stayed was ruined that we couldn't lock. There're many CCTV in the hotel but no staff staying to monitor the screen. We always found all staff chilled and smoked outside the restaurant. The restaurant was used for banquet, so it was very noisy. During our stay, many guests of the banquet……
