“Our communication with the staff was not good. Only communication is through the app. It was different people responding. Property had lights that weren't working, appliances that weren't working. The T.V didn't work. We communicated it with management team on the app. No one got back to us until 3 days later. By the time they can send somebody to fix the issues it was already our last night. “Minimalist: no freezer ability to make ice, room on a slope, broken drawer, bathroom towel rack separated from wall, toilet tissue holder broken from wall. Metal bed frame with thin mattress, half eaten bag of chips left in the coffee table enclosure! People sifting through the trash cans next to room outside at all hours! Garden area outside could be very inviting but no attempt at all to keep it inviting! Air conditioner worked well . Appliances good. Clean towels and linens Location good……

“After looking at several properties in Fresno for my one month stay, I settled on Kyle’s recently renovated, modern and naturally lit home, and have no regrets. Not only is it really well set up on the inside but also has its own secure parking and laundry. The laundry, even though was shared with two of the other units on the property, it was super convenient. All the amenities in the house were sufficient too. Would recommend.”
