“Everything is fine , they provide everything in the room, kettle , hair dryer and I was surprise they have air con. The place is old but clean , and the location is good, few mins walk to metro , and you can also take the bus to everywhere. The staffs there are very nice , although some of them cannot speak proper English .Under this price , no complaint ! Recommend to the solo traveler👍”

“Lovely hotel in good location but the stars are the staff. I had air conditioning issue and tv issue and they sorted both out quickly which is sign of good service. Gabe the young man in the bar, only 18, serving drinks, snacks and taking dinner orders on his own was very happy, cheerful and professional. He should be promoted. Angelo on reception does a 1st class job as does Vania - her handwritten welcome notes really make a guest feel special. Thank you from a solo traveler.”

“Bathroom lighting was excellent. Mattress was the best (I may try to buy one). Staff was super friendly. Great to be 15 minutes from the hustle bustle of Porto. ”

“Upon our arrival, I called the reception to ask if we could borrow an iron and ironing board. The lady informed me that they only had a steamer available, and if I wanted to use it, I would need to go down to sign an acknowledgment form. I’ve never encountered that before, and it left a bad impression. I ended up not getting the steamer, as we were only staying for three nights. Overall, it’s a good hotel, but don’t expect much in terms of service.”
