“we had to moved to 3 rooms with in 2 days. the heat did not work and the first night we froze as if we were outside. They were having trouble with the heat. We moved rooms the next morning to a room that heat did not work. later that night we asked to be moved and that evening we were moved to a room that had heat.”

“The space was quite roomy, although the furniture arrangement lacked coordination, and there was a noticeable difference in the heights of the two beds. One observation I had during check-in was the apparent difference in treatment between guests who booked directly and those who used third-party services like Expedia”
