“Room was very clean, had air conditioning and a comfy bed. Service was outstanding, they accommodated an early check in when we showed up and were helpful with all requests we had. We were able to park our truck with pop up camper under the carport, and although not entirely secure, it worked perfectly for us. Was a lovely place to stay!”

“The staff were very helpful, friendly and quick to resolve any issues. The plumbing was a problem but again it was taken care of each time. We did eventually learn that Merida in general has issues. This is a basic accomodation but clean and in a good location ... easy to reach Paseo de Montejo and walking score overall would be a 9 out of 10. ”

“It was nice. Great location-very close to the main plaza. We got the room that had three beds and a full kitchenette. It was called La Perla. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The pool is nice and the facilities are great. The included breakfast was exceptional, but it did take a long time. There was also secure parking, which was nice.”

“We loved Zamna. The staff was great- very helpful and respectful of our privacy. Morning breakfast was very good. The only problem was that the beds were very hard. If that’s what you like, then Zamna is perfect. ”

“Beautiful space convenient to Paseo de Montejo. A bit far from the Plaza Grande but a safe and pleasant walk. Our major complaint was that the property stated no children under 12 but there were two younger children in the room next door that woke us up several times due to their incessant screaming. There was also a lot of noise at night from the karaoke bar next door and the concerts/events hosted just outside our room (the latter may have been just due to Merida Fest, but we aren’t sure)”
