“Staff were very friendly and helpful. Cabin was very clean and cute. Lazy river short course but very nice. The Place has a good size pool. Restaurant’s dinner food a bit pricey but was delicious. Staff goes above and beyond to make your stay a fun and safe place to enjoy as tour guides are present in the Cenote, lazy river all the time. Thanks to everyone in San Ignacio. ”

“Estancia cumplidora, servicio amable, para nada de lujo, pero vale lo que cuesta. unicamente la alberca no parecía estar muy limpia, y las almohadas podrían estar más cómodas. Lo recomiendo para solo llegar a dormir. ”

“In all of our years of traveling throughout Mexico. The Hotel Hacienda VIP was one of the nicest, well staffed, convenient, beautiful, well appointed, colonial hotels we've ever experienced. The entire staff and the owners were so personable, knowledgeable, kind, courteous and willing to help with any issues or questions. I have to single out Armando and Lucy. They were so helpful throughout our entire stay at the hotel. Lucy helped arrange our return shuttle ride back to the airport. And……

“Great location! The tv never worked but it wasn’t a big deal since we didn’t stay in the room much other than to sleep. Great price and the parking lot they offer gets locked up at night so it feels very safe.”
