“It’s a lovely property. Our room was large with attractive furnishings, and it had a huge outdoor area. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We had three delicious meals served in very lovely spaces. The pools looked great but it wasn’t hot enough to swim. It is a very quiet, restful environment.”

“I don't have any complaints or issues. The grounds are gorgeous. The tropical ambience is truly the real thing. Swimming pool. Restaurant and bar on the grounds! Even massages are offered. The private cabins or huts are so charming and I slept like a baby. If you're high maintenance or 5 star you might check other options but for me. It's a win win staycation that I'm going to do often!”

“Staff were very friendly and helpful. Cabin was very clean and cute. Lazy river short course but very nice. The Place has a good size pool. Restaurant’s dinner food a bit pricey but was delicious. Staff goes above and beyond to make your stay a fun and safe place to enjoy as tour guides are present in the Cenote, lazy river all the time. Thanks to everyone in San Ignacio. ”

The property is vast with so many areas to explore, so much history, a fascinating museum. The pool area is beautiful. There was even a great air conditioned pool table room. “Easy parking right in front of the room with a gate to protect the car. Very safe area. Across the street from the beach. WiFi and AC. Only thing to note is you cannot pay with a credit card for the room once you get there, only cash. So make sure to pay beforehand and bring a record of the receipt ”
