“at first, overwhelmed by the greetings from all the staffs in the lobby, too friendly or overwhelmed is subjective. what really threw us off was that as a five star hotel that emphasized on services, charging for bottled water was just ridiculous. this was the first five star hotel where we were charged for bottled water. besides, the brand they offered was the same as a FOUR STAR hotel nearby, and they gave out the water nonstop and fully complimentary!! DEFINITELY NOT WORTH THE PRICE. ”

“This is a great place to stay. It's walkable to all of the major sites and steps away from restaurant row and lovely bars. The room we stay in had a funky round bed, which was comfortable. The apt is in a courtyard overlooking a 15th century church. The only nits for me: the in-room safe didn't work and the shower area doesn't have a ton of privacy. But otherwise, this is a real find!”

A noisy room

"I have mentioned to have a silent room about one month before I arrive. Unfortunately the room window towards bar street which makes noise at night and morning also included truck noise, street cleaning noise … otherwise all are good! Especially the food in sfizo, good quality and tasty as usual! Really suggest to go to try! The team from hotel is good! Smiling and warm. "
