“Cannot say enough great things about this unique hotel. Wonderful spacious room with great views. Amazing walkable location to duomo and local dining. Great staff and breakfast. Thoroughly recommended. One tip for the management team though - your ferns in the window boxes obscure the view from the windows, might be time to trim them down or replace them with smaller ones ! ”

“We have travelled quite a bit and it's hard to wow us but this hotel did. This is a hotel that we would certainly go back to. Pros: location* (see cons too) as it was very central and easy access to pretty much everything, amazing staff, beautiful suites (very high end), good breakfast, and pretty much everything else. “It is a very well located modern flat, new furniture, clean, big enough for 4 people. The comunication was very easy and I would repeat my stay if we visit Milan in the future. We recomend it 100%”

“The room was evacuate, organized, and had everything we could need or want for oir brief one night stay. The room is located in the heart of the best oart of Milano and within walking distances for everything. Thank you so much for all your help.”

“The staffs were nice. The room was very small and not so good smelling. Shower space was tiny and not clean. The internet was terrible, even the TV lost the connection. Generally, the equipments were old and you do not expect them to function properly. Location is the only advantage. ”

“at first, overwhelmed by the greetings from all the staffs in the lobby, too friendly or overwhelmed is subjective. what really threw us off was that as a five star hotel that emphasized on services, charging for bottled water was just ridiculous. this was the first five star hotel where we were charged for bottled water. besides, the brand they offered was the same as a FOUR STAR hotel nearby, and they gave out the water nonstop and fully complimentary!! DEFINITELY NOT WORTH THE PRICE. ”
