“Poor hygiene condition in the hotel room. Got bitten by insect and got rash and allergy once enter the room immediately. There is no obvious insect seen, probably was something invisible by bare eyes like mites or ticks. Dust on bedsheet. Request to have a room change immediately but the manager replied there was no room available. I totally can’t sleep in that room and have to sleep in another room with other friends. The room was left empty for the whole night due to poor hygiene conditions.……

“Located inside a courtyard, we had zero nose from the bustling canal district, which was the best off both worlds as property adjoins several excellent restaurants. Don't be deterred by distance from Centrale station, this place is about 3 minutes from the M2 line which is a straight shot to the main rail station and Duomo.”

“This apartment is in a great tourist area. We really enjoyed our stay. Two reasons to rent this apartment was for the washer and the daily housekeeping.. There is no washer. We had to take our laundry to a laundromat because we had relied on being able to do a load or two. There is no housekeeping at all. We were given a set of towels per person for 9 days. I would not recommend staying here for anything longer than 2-4 days.”

“Very nice and clean apartment. It had everything we, a family of five needed for one night stay. The host was nice and we got a go welcoming gift. Rocio and Rose who welcomed us were also very nice to us and showed us around. We ended our stay with good breakfast, that was included, in a nice restaurant. ”

“Excellent place to stay! Secure and inside a compound from which you are giving keys to enter by the host on the day. There is the tax to pay of course but ask for a receipt, mine was 72 euros for 4 nights. Milano apartment representative had constantly kept me informed via my Whats App to ensure everything was ready and once we entered the luxury property it was to our delight. A modern interior with heating and aircon at our desire, fitted kitchen and plenty of storage and bed space. Bathrooms……

“Perfect stay in this wonderful apartment in the heart of Tortona! The location is strategic, close to public transport, the best restaurants, and the Mudec. The apartment is modern, well-furnished, and equipped with all comforts, from a fully stocked kitchen to a bathroom with a spacious shower and a washer/dryer. A special thanks to David, who welcomed us in the best way and even helped us carry our suitcases up to the fourth floor. Despite the lack of an elevator, our stay was excellent. We……

“Enjoyed our 4 night stay, well equippped apartment. Lots of good restaurants nearby and close to metro and trams. Only negative is the air conditioner was not available until June 1. Did not like that collection of keys was not near at apartment. ”

“The host gave very thorough instructions about the place, the bed was comfortable and the apartment looks as in the pictures. The bathroom is however not in good condition, there's mold in the shower, rust on the mirrors, the toilet seat cover was broken and the drain in the shower was draining very slowly as if it was party clogged.”
