“Arriving without receiving any infos just to find out the front door is locked. The signage of the guesthouse has no contact information. None of the door bells work, tried contacting the phone number shown on the listing but no responses. After a standing on a busy but sketchy street for almost an hour till it gets dark, I have to find a place at a near by hotel… terrible experience. Strongly suggest to get in contact with someone from the guesthouse at least a day before arriving.”

“The hotel room is outrageously small, and the room is dirty. No fridge and water tap keeps dripping water. The area is very central but nosiy all night until way pass midnight. ”

“Great location, walking distance to lots places Staffs are very helpful and friendly. Too bad there is no laundry machines on the site, the closest laundromat costs a lot, it costed me 8.5 euros to wash a small load and 5.5 euros to dry the load and couldn’t get totally dried. ”

“Very helpful, hospitable and accommodating staff! Anything that we needed or wanted was taken care of. Breakfast was delicious! The hallways were a little noisy at times. Rooms could use a little updating. Ours had ants. The bed was extremely hard. ”
