“酒店裝修中，地方有些殘舊，但房間十分大和舒適，工作人員很好很幫忙，餐廳水準不錯，wifi就收得很差。”

“給我印象很差。我本人是自駕遊的原因，租這酒店是為了可以泊車。但這酒店無街道號碼已經是僻靜的山頭，令我很困難才找到。我本來是連住四晚的，第一晚前台給了一間不是我預訂的房間，他說因酒店Fullbook，還騙我給我的房間很大，但當我入到房嚇了我一跳，房間是沒窗也很黑，而且房間非常舊也有很大的難聞味道！ 已經立即要求換房，但他說無論如何也要住這晚。第二晚換過了房間，因這酒店在山頭又僻靜，晚上街燈也沒有，所以有點不安全的感覺，我們就開著燈睡。嚇破膽的事情來了，在凌晨四時有一對男女用鎖匙開了我房門，我嚇得大叫起來，可能我的大叫讓這人卻步，我丈號夫問他們為何有我們的房匙？他們就走了。我們一直不敢睡直天光才敢出房門，到前台投訴，他們偽稱不知道，只知道鎖匙只有我和他酒店有，我們要求報警前台立即態度轉差......所以我有理由相信這間是黑店，因為很多不合理的事情，就算是弄錯也沒可能把我房後備鎖匙給別人，而且還是凌晨四時的熟睡時間？ 建議不要入住。”

“Our stay at Sea'Ya was phenomenal. Communication pre-arrival was excellent and check-in was smooth. Our hosts, Maria and Antonio, thoughtfully put out toys for the children (3 year old and 6 months old) already, so they went straight to play. What a welcome! The apartments are beautifully furnished, have all the amenities you might need, and work just so well for young families. Whatever we needed, Maria and Antonio were only ever a WhatsApp message away. From helping us to find a place to buy……

“Great hospitality…Luisa is an attentive hostess and makes you feel comfortable, and makes it clear that whatever you need to make your stay enjoyable to just ask. Everything about this stay was outstanding. Bed was very comfortable and place is very quiet. Suggest you get a car because its not a very walkable area close to a lot, but there is a grocery store within 10 minute walk and a couple of very good restaurants, however you can spend 3-4€ with BOLT or UBER and you’re at Cascais Train……

“There was no one working at the hotel. Doors were locked and you had to have a cold to get in. Neither Expedia or the hotel gave me a cold. I did not stay because I couldn’t get in and had to go to another hotel. I will be filing a claim to be reimbursed, absolutely terrible experience, considering being in a foreign country where I did not speak the language plus I have poor visibility/poor vision. ”
