“First of all, it’s amazing! The stay is wonderful and it started with warm and welcoming staff at reception. She explained a lot and helped us on early check in. We got welcome drinks and also soft drink credits (this is from Expedia). She also helped to upgrade my parents room to a supreme and spacious room! We love it. Everyday we got night snack and wine/water in the room. The location is great and I will definitely stay in the future. When we checkout day, gentleman in the front desk helped……

The area is full of life (expect noise outside until 11.30pm/ 12 ish during the week- didn’t bother us at all - it’s lovely and lively - but if you want serene evenings it’s not the place for you!) although the windows are great and keep out the majority of noise and the aircon is great. “This hotel is one of the best, most accommodating, and friendliest hotels I’ve ever stayed in. It’s also incredibly beautiful, classy, chic, and clean. We were so pleased with the welcoming staff and everything we experienced at the hotel. The room is spacious and provides everything you need.
