“The staff that work here are exceptional. Friendly, helpful and make you feel like an honoured guest. The property itself is beautiful - unique, industrial/artsy eclectic decor, very clean. We had a massive suite with a great little kitchen (with dishwasher) and what turned out to be 3 bathrooms (two 1/2 baths and a 3rd sink/shower combo). “First of all, it’s amazing! The stay is wonderful and it started with warm and welcoming staff at reception. She explained a lot and helped us on early check in. We got welcome drinks and also soft drink credits (this is from Expedia). She also helped to upgrade my parents room to a supreme and spacious room! We love it. Everyday we got night snack and wine/water in the room. The location is great and I will definitely stay in the future. When we checkout day, gentleman in the front desk helped……

“There was a confusion in the booking. I thought i booked a room with balcony but the hotel said that i booked a room with patio which meant it had to be on the ground floor. The patio was useless because it simply was a corridor and your view was just a concrete wall with a few plants. There was not much light as a result.
