“Front desk were not helpful at all, the lighting in the room was broken even after we have asked them to change it, they still didn't change it and told us that they checked and there was nothing wrong with the lighting in the room when in fact you could see it right away when you enter the room that it wouldn't stop flashing. “This is my first time leaving comments for accommodation. This hostel probably is the best one that I've ever stayed at. Despite its cheap price, this hostel offers almost everything, free breakfast, free luggage storage, spacious room, comfortable bed, well-equipped kitchen. Besides, the staff are helpful and friendly, the interior is quite stylish. Basically, this hostel will definitely be my first choice if I ever have a chance to visit Lisbon again.”

“The staff is kind and helpful. And location is very good, nearby has tram 28 bus station However the hotel facilities are old and heater temperatures was not enough, room was cold in winter. For the price and location are quite okay, but room clean is not good enough.”

“Within walking distance from metro Interdente station and good morning walk of 20 minutes to Hard Rock Cafe (day tour meeting point). We had dinner on the first day but really not enjoyed. Good breakfast though. Bath ropes were provided on the day of check in. As we stayed for seven days, we asked for replacement after two days. But to our disappointment, we were told that it was out of stock . ”

“Great stay and property! Well equipped and wonderfully clean and tidy. Great for access to metro and transport links. Staff attentive and gave lovely little touches like the welcome basket we received and bottle of wine. 24 hour access and reception. Would definitely stay again. Thank you for our wonderful stay”

“A small but comfortable room! Great if you have a short stay in Lisbon. The building is in a very walkable location, not quite in the main city center but not too far away either. The two things that we noticed was that the walls are a little thin and the bathroom was very small, again, fine if it's just for a few days but if you are staying longer you may want something with a little more room. ”
