“The most gorgeous property! The building, lobby and apartment are all very clean, new and beautifully appointed. The apartment itself was huge and had everything we could need (kitchen appliances, coffee, clothing steamer, etc). We chose to have our breakfast delivered to the room each day, which allowed us to enjoy the balcony and really feel like we lived there. The breakfast was also delicious and offered tons of different options. We can’t wait to return!”

“Great location. Little amenities, like a fan and dishwashing supplies are provided, so you don't have to "set up house" when you arrive. The key could be tricky, and sometimes, you need to pay attention to dog, um, do on the sidewalk, but otherwise, the neighborhood is super, grocery, park, cafe and metro nearby, and the company is really communicative.”

“Contacts were quick and adequate except for the most important one at the end of the stay which went ignored. the noise from upstairs was clear and close. If you want to rent this apartment, opt for the third floor. Also, the no-refund policy is antiquated and the tv only works if your phone is aligned with the building's wifi. Other than not staying in a hotel there is really no reason to not stay in a hotel.”

“I would like to formally complain about the light switch in the first bedroom which was loosely fitted on the wall. I would also complain about our transfers as they let us down and cost us having to book an extra flight. I would like recompense for this as it was 325 euros. ”
