“The staff that work here are exceptional. Friendly, helpful and make you feel like an honoured guest. The property itself is beautiful - unique, industrial/artsy eclectic decor, very clean. We had a massive suite with a great little kitchen (with dishwasher) and what turned out to be 3 bathrooms (two 1/2 baths and a 3rd sink/shower combo). “This is was probably my favorite stay of my business and personal travel in a long time!! I travel every month for work this is a major compliment. The staff was absolutely incredible. The recommendation for restaurants, cafes and shopping were on point. They were extremely responsive on WhatsApp and helpful with directions around the city. "服务人员非常热情，房间也很好。但没有电梯这一点，对带旅行箱的旅行者来说非常糟糕，虽然入住时服务人员会帮忙将行李搬上去，退房时会比较麻烦，辛苦一天游览城市回到酒店，还需要爬楼梯回到房间，确实有点累。酒店位置比较不方便去任何地方，致使我们这次里斯本住宿体验不够好。"

A wonderful aparthotel experience

"The House on Pink Street is a gem! From checkin through checkout, everything was perfect. We had booked a Vibrant Studio and were upgraded to the Urban Residence (1 bedroom, with balcony) for one of our two-night stay. Both apartments are well appointed and stunningly beautiful. Joana and Veronica are true stars who have been most helpful throughout our stay—nothing was too much to them and one can totally feel how passionate they are about making sure their guests feel at home. We highly recommend The House also because one can enjoy the offers by its nearby mother hotel Corpo Santo, including guided tours, afternoon drinks etc."
