“We enjoyed being in a quiet residential neighborhood where we could walk the dog. The patio with garden lights was a real plus. We sat out there almost every evening. Only about 20 minutes to get into Portland. House was clean and comfortable. ”

“We have stayed in Bridgton many times in many different houses. This one is closer to the Naples Causeway which we really liked since we love Long Lake. The owners were very quick to respond to the two queries we had. There were in-the window air conditioners which were a God send since we stayed during 96 degree days. However, because there was a gap where each air conditioner attached to the window, there were tons, and I mean, TONS of bugs. No fault of the owner but maybe an extra insert……

“The house is AMAZING and rich with history. There are 3 floors with a bathroom on each so it’s easy access for everyone. The property has beautiful scenery and lots of flora and fauna to enjoy; we even got to pick some wild raspberries that ripened while we’re there. There is a wonderful clear pond close by that’s cool and refreshing with a sandy bottom. The owners are fantastic, quick to respond, INCREDIBLY hospitable, and they give you top shelf paper towels and toilet paper ;) We even got a……

“We had such a lovely stay here visiting our Bates student and friends, with our dog. The farmhouse has so many extras for dogs (dog bed, dishes, dog lead in the back, and lots of ducks and chickens to watch!). Lots for kids too - books, boardgames, video games, air hockey and outside stuff. Great setup for cooking and lots of extras throughout. Beds were super comfy and host was very responsive. Would absolutely return!.”

“Our family chose to spend their family Christmas at the Manchester’s Farm for the second year in a row. The size, location and accommodations are perfect. Our children all live in the Windham area and it was easy for them to come for the day. Our grandchildren did have the opportunity to spend some alone time with Mimi and Poppi and they love the farmhouse!Thanks to the Manchester’s for the Christmas tree. It added the perfect touch to our stay.”
