“Mid April stay. We shared the beach for three gloriously sunny days with no one but dogs and their owners walking the shore. Winter swimming was amazing. Great beach, safe, flat, wide. Three things of note: the stairs are very steep/ high so anyone with knee or hip issues might have a hard time getting up the two flights. The sleeper couch is old and tired and needs replacing. My back did not allow me to sit on it as there is absolutely no support and the cushions were sagged through. We……

Kez and Kyle are wonderful hosts: super communicative, welcoming, and thoughtful from start to finish. You can tell they take great pride in the property. “I went to Wendy’s condo as a weekend getaway and I loved every minute of it! The view was amazing, the condo was clean and lovely, and the location was perfect! Wendy was really generous with letting me check in early and out late since her cleaners were not going to be there until later and she communicated well. I would 100% stay here again! ”

“Overall good. Was told we could not stand in the Parking lot, and checkout instructions were vague. But a fabulous location- everything in walking distance! And very clean!”

“This was our first time to New England (my aunt & I), and we stayed for a couple nights here to experience the beach life in southern Maine. This was such a cute beach town, lots of quaint beach shops, great restaurants (including Johnny Schuck’s which totally changed my mind on lobster - if you stay here you have to get their lobster roll!), and of course the beach. It’s literally a two minute walk to the beach, and they have 2 beach towels included. If you want to do more beach activities……

Plenty of outside space for kids to run around and play. It has a beautiful view of the cove but is very rocky. This didn't stop us from hunting hermit crabs and catching fish. “Of course it wasn't ideal weather but it was nice for April in Maine. I was just looking for a place to clear my head, hear the waves, smell the salt air and put my toes in the sand. Maybe catch a sunrise. The sunrise was very small and brief but I was grateful to see it. see it”

“GORGEOUS house and view! Very spacious and accommodating. Things you should know before booking is that it is about an hour away from anything and everything. House could use some more TV's if you're going with children, pinball machines did not work and neither did "workout equipment" which was an elliptical and treadmill. One of the showers did not work and some of the fans that were provided did not either. I think its a tad over priced for its distance to do things but the views from……

“Although the weather didn’t cooperate very well, the house is cute and served our needs. The walk to the beach is super close, like accross the street! The water view is pretty but remember it’s tidal so mud when we arrived turned into flooded marsh and “lake”with the high tide. The kitchen is unique in that I’m 6’2” and on my tip toes I’d touch my head to the low ceiling! But the beds were clean and comfy and we enjoyed our visit. ”
