“We booked a wheelchair accessible room on Expedia when we got there the room was not accessible for the bathroom not very happy about that”

“Fantastic hotel located in the heart of Downtown Billings. This is a well-run ship with friendly people who care, attention to detail, and cleanliness. I have stayed at other hotels in Billings and I think this is the best one by far. The Doubletree across the street would be their top competitor, but my stay there wasn't as pleasant. The area is great for walkability and dining options. I cannot say enough good things about the Northern!!!”

Explained all the details, food, ice, pool etc. She was the same person who checked us out in the morning. She gets our kudos. The room was comfortable. Everything worked well.
