“Clean hotel, friendly staff, but old and dated-torn wallpaper, bad carpet, broken bathroom fixtures. Needs some TLC”

“No frills, no spills. Clean, economic, and comfortable bed and great pillows. Within walking distance/parking for St. Vincent's hospital. Small, but very good breakfast buffet. Bring your own keurig cups unless you prefer pretty generic coffee.”

“This property is old, and needs updating. The front desk clerk was unprofessional. Not real friendly. Her daughter was with her...running around....no shoes on....just socks. Our room was fairly clean. Comfortable beds, but the sheets were dirty. Not sure if they had been changed. No wall plates on the sockets. No towel bar. Man in the room next to us had a pitbull. Dog was quiet, but man put him outside on a blanket. He was on a leash but every time we would go out or in dog would……

“There was alot of construction going on and many of the other patrons were noisey and nothing was done about the parties behaving this way.”

“We are traveling across the country with our three dogs, Washington to Wisconsin. We got in late and gal who checked us in was very kind. Explained all the details, food, ice, pool etc. She was the same person who checked us out in the morning. She gets our kudos. The room was comfortable. Everything worked well. The morning breakfast is exactly what we needed to hit the road, again. Thank you for having us! ”
