“We are traveling across the country with our three dogs, Washington to Wisconsin. We got in late and gal who checked us in was very kind. Explained all the details, food, ice, pool etc. She was the same person who checked us out in the morning. She gets our kudos. The room was comfortable. Everything worked well. “I was 26 minutes late calling Expedia to cancel these reservations so I eneded up losing a decent chunk of money . We were not able to get there as planned.
