“View was nice and calming. Property was nicely furnished and comfortable. The only negative was there was no soap or body wash for use in the shower. Luckily we brought some. ”

“This property was well kept with great views and easy access to all that Grand Haven has to offer. We booked our stay for the Coast Guard Festival and could easily come and go as we pleased. There were only a few minor issues while we were there, but the host was exceedingly responsive and accommodating. We will definitely come back!”

“The "suite" cabin is the perfect place to stay at if you're traveling to the Newaygo area. I slept amazing every night, everything inside seems to be brand new so there were no issues with lights or AC, etc. The back patio view of the lake was amazing and plenty of things to do. I would definitely recommend this place! ”

“Great property. Close to everything in Grand Haven with trolley pickup across the street at the Holiday Inn. Property was accurate to the description. Easy check in/out. ”

“Our first time in beautiful Spring Lake/Grand Haven did not disappoint! We found the condo to be very clean and comfortable. An added plus was that it overlooked the Grand River and Marina.The condo had alot of cool decorating touches and artwork!Our host, Mark was quick to respond to our questions and very accommodating to our needs!!The guys golfed at American Dunes Golf Club (which was spectacular) and the girls enjoyed all the shops in town.We will definitely will be back!!Thanks, Mark and……

“Perfect location in NW Grand Rapids! 5 minute drive to Belknap Park and 20+ pickleball courts. 3 block walk to 6th Street restaurants. 4 block walk/drive to a Fresh Market Meijer. 10 minute drive to downtown… Amenities in this Union Square Condo building are wonderful and people friendly. Will stay again!!”

“Good location and nice condo. Neighborhood was noisy ( maybe more so for me because I live in the country). I tried to keep my dog with me but he was freaked out by the noise so I had to make other arrangements for his care. The unit had everything necessary for a long stay. My only complaint would be the fact that the unit is almost all carpeted except for the kitchen. Allowing pets in a rental with carpet is not the best idea.i felt there was a slight odor when you first enter the unit……
