“This cottage is much cuter than the pictures show. The setting on the river is beautiful and relaxing! We stayed for the Holland Tulip festival and the setting was the perfect retreat after a long day of walking and people. The house is comfortable and relaxing and provided everything we needed for our stay!”

“We had a wonderful stay. The apartment was nice and cozy. The beds were comfortable. My only complaint would be the stairway is steep and a little scary going downstairs wirh anything in your hands. Overall, we had a great stay, ans would definitely stay again. ”

“Overall this was a very nice stay for my family and dog, especially if you're just looking for a peaceful place to hunker down.The only things I would want anyone to know before booking is that the cabin is right up against some woods and, thus, bugs. My daughter found a tick on her and there were several stink bugs and prolly pollies trotting around. Not a big deal unless you have bug phobias. Also, the path to the house is not paved, so you may want to take that into account with your luggage……

“First time VRBO customer. Process for booking was easy, description of property was accurate. Communication with host was superb. Any issues we had were quickly taken care of. It was as you would expect a cabin to be: minimalistic. All flatware, cooking and BBQ utensils, pot, pan and baking sheet were provided. Pots are sized for cabins. If you intend to cook large group meals bring your own. Very close to water, kayaks & life vests available. Paddle boat available for use. ”

“This home, is by far, one of the best rentals we’ve stayed in. It has everything and it was pristine clean. My husband and I brought our soon to be 16 year old daughter, and 3 of her friends for the weekend to celebrate her birthday for a weekend in September. The location is in a very nice, safe area/neighborhood. The dock and water access is right across a small street next to a picturesque bridge. Close to Grand Haven.
