“What an amazing property! We were in town for Chris Stapleton concert. Brian was so helpful and he has great communication with the guests. We have Family in Grand Rapids and they had so much fun with the paddle boards, kayaks and paddle boat! I have stayed at a number of rentals and this one was nicely stocked. Should I ever need to stay in The Grand Rapids area, I’m booking this property. 7 cousins that had the best time!!!”

“Had a wonderful stay in peak autumn with our young kids. The cottage felt like home. I loved that the property has a beautiful view on the hill but a nice flat spot of lawn for the kids to run on at the lake. We enjoyed taking the paddle boat around the island. Quiet area, very peaceful. Clean comfortable living quarters. Thank you for sharing your cottage!”

“I do not think the pictures actually do this home justice. The views are amazing. There is so much space for kids and adults. The screened in porch was so amazing. The whole family loved swimming and using diving boards. The home was clean and stocked. Very happy with our experience. It was very private and relaxing. 5 ”

“This was our second stay, chosen mainly for the great location near the beach and favorite restaurants. Unfortunately, safety issues with the front steps we noted last year have worsened. The house had a stronger musty smell this time (AC units were not on upon arrival, but did not improve smell). We hoped to reheat meals, however the microwave emitted a burnt chemical odor that affected food. The oven felt warm even when off, which was concerning. Cookware remains limited and not very clean,……

“We stayed here to fish and enjoy some downtime with my daughter and father and it was wonderful. The cottage is cozy and very well stocked with things you’d need for a stay without having to worry! It was a very quiet area and has direct access to the river, which we loved. It was great for my father who is getting older and doesn’t get around as well as he used to. He was able to fish and enjoy the time away without any issues. The locals in the stores and restaurants we visited were very……

“Where do I start?!?! This house is beautiful, right on the beach with 2 fabulous decks looking over the water. We were 8 adults and 1 baby and this house had everything we needed….and then some! Fully stocked kitchen, towels, beach chairs, paddle boards, comfy beds and linens….you name it. Elizabeth was an outstanding communicator and was easy to keep in touch with.The welcome treats were just the beginning! ”
