“This is a house still under renovation, everywhere is a mass, the kitchen roof is leaking, others rooms are still under construction, full of garbage in the yard and unfinished rooms, you can see workers in daytime and feel not safe, this lead to dirty on the floor, our rooms are also not clean, with holes one the bed sheet evenI cannot believe it can be rented if the description is true!the worst rental experience I have!”

“We stayed here with family on vacation to LA for four days. The house is fine, but not as luxurious as it looks in the photos. The pool needs repaired, and there's a fee for heating the hot tub, which was disappointing. The amenities are not great--i.e., there's a pool, but not beach towels, and barely enough regular towels. The pull-out bed was broken as well, so we ended up just putting the mattress on the floor. Communication with the host was only so-so, as a couple things came up while we……

“This home was very clean which was appreciated. The hot tub was great and we used nightly. One surprise was that there was no oven in this large kitchen. There was a toaster oven which was not large enough for the items we brought to cook for a family of 11. Also, the home needs some maintenance on deteriorating cabinetry etc.”
