“The hosts communicated promptly and were very accommodating. Helps if you like animals which we do. Located right on the PCT if that is something you are looking for. Also very close to Vasquez rocks which is definitely worth a look.”

“A very nice 1-room cottage, perfect for one or 2 guests. It’s set back from the street, behind a private home. Secure digital door lock. Very clean. Comfortable bed. Mini-split is quiet and easy to adjust. Small but nice bathroom (sink & shower). Kitchen was clean and well-furnished - although there were no pots or pans for cooking on the 2-burner countertop induction stove (we didn’t need these, so didn’t ask for same). The fridge was clean and worked well. Joseph, the manager, stayed in touch……

“Chris was quick to respond. The studio apartment was very comfortable and the owners had it equipped with everything needed to make our stay enjoyable. They had a Brita filled and waiting for us in the fridge which was a nice touch. Highly recommend.”

“The place was cozy and convenient. My host was amazing! I only have one suggestion, either replace the shower curtain liner or sanitize it in bleach. Other than that everything was clean and I would 100% recommend. ”

“This was a fantastic space for the two of us, with an ample deck. It was a bit chilly, so we didn't really spend much time out on the patio, and we were only here for a short stay while visiting friends in Glendale. The only thing to be aware of with this property is the windows: they have regular plastic blinds. Great for privacy, but they're not adequate for blocking out sunlight in the mornings. So if you're looking to sleep in at all, your sleep might be disrupted by the morning light……

“The space was beautifully decorated and located in a quiet area of Simi Valley. The check-in process was very problematic for me. The extra information requested by the management company didn’t prompt me for a credit card and therefore delayed my process of checking in by four hours. Also, two of the smoke alarms beeped for 7.5 hours before the property manager took care of it. Very disruptive for someone trying to work in another one, trying to recuperate from surgery.”
