“Wonderful Stay in Santa Clarita!We had a fantastic time staying at this condo during our trip to Santa Clarita. It was the perfect home base for our adventure to Six Flags — just a short drive away and made everything super convenient. The condo itself was beautifully put together, clean, and thoughtfully furnished with everything we needed to feel at home. It’s clear the owners take pride in the space.What really stood out was the excellent support from the management company. They were……

“A very nice 1-room cottage, perfect for one or 2 guests. It’s set back from the street, behind a private home. Secure digital door lock. Very clean. Comfortable bed. Mini-split is quiet and easy to adjust. Small but nice bathroom (sink & shower). Kitchen was clean and well-furnished - although there were no pots or pans for cooking on the 2-burner countertop induction stove (we didn’t need these, so didn’t ask for same). The fridge was clean and worked well. Joseph, the manager, stayed in touch……

“Awful! I had to leave due to the condition of the property. Misrepresented - Not “exceptional” not a “10” and not a premiere host. Be aware when no realreviews exist for a property. Dirty, uneven and broken flooring, bedroom door didn’t even close, no hot water in walk in shower. I tried to make this work but finalstraw was when water was shut off while using the other shower. Host refused to refund any part of my money. Worse experience ever!”

“The studio was very nice - clean, attractive, quiet and well-furnished. We had one question for the owner (how to turn on the TV!), who responded very quickly. Lots of nice treats provided, as well as suggested local restaurants, which we took advantage of. Street parking was easy. We would definitely stay here again. ”

“My kids and I needed a place to stay for about a week while we were in the middle of a move. The property was perfect for our needs and had everything we needed, and more. The property was very clean and newly renovated with new amenities all throughout. My kids and I were able to go about our daily routine without any additional stresses knowing we had a place to come home to that felt like a temporary home away from home. The washer/dryer in unit was a MASSIVE convenience. TVs in both rooms.……
