The house has everything. I believe we were first to rent since new listing after remodel. But the gist very accommodating and responds quickly. The apartment complex grounds are well maintained and pretty with large scenic trees surrounding. Some features that were undersold in the description- parking spot is covered and close to the unit, outdoor patio has high wallsmaking it quite private, and there is a small gym on the grounds.
