“Thoughtfully appointed furnished apartment that served as a perfect place to stay when visiting friends in Thousand Oaks and Westlake Village. Very convenient to highways, shopping, restaurants with ample parking. The heated pool was a bonus delight for my partner who was able to swim laps during our stay. “Visited LA with my bandmates to record music in Van Nuys, we also had two dogs with us. Behrouz is extremely communicable, very accommodating, and very friendly. We were there for a month. Initially we were taken back by the ADU, but we never saw anyone else the whole time we were there and everything felt completely private. The backyard pool and hot tub are well kept and an amazing addition to the property. We would absolutely stay here again. Close to grocery stores, restaurants, and a planet……

“This place is a great location for visiting area sights. Short drive to the Reagan presidential library and the Gardens of the world. Both places are a must see. The property itself is modern and full of light! Skylights and large window looking over the valley. Simple but functional. Tastefully decorated. Enjoyed the evening view of the stars while soaking in the outdoor Jacuzzi !! Would definitely stay here again.”

Not only was she super responsive for any questions or help I needed, she went above and beyond by bringing in our groceries when our flight was late. And the pictures don't lie, the outdoor space is amazing. House was clean and had absolutely everything we needed. We hope to stay here again some day. ”
