“This review is for the house we stayed in Winnetka, where they had to move due to plumbing issues which was outstanding already, they could’ve canceled our booking and we would’ve struggled due to the time constraints, she gave us the option but was positive about making it work. We were happy we decided to keep the reservation. Check in was a breeze. Everything was exactly the same as the original listing. The house was phenomenal. Clean, newly updated, it has everything we needed, especially……

“I was in need of a rental home for 3 weeks. I could not have found a better home and host than right here. The communication was stellar throughout. The house has an incredible sense of remote rustic feel while being very close to Thousand Oaks, Oxnard, etc. I loved the ease of commute to LA where I was needed on business a few times. The back patio in mornings and evenings, the open air vibe with the sliding doors open in the cool CA air - all create an amazing atmosphere. I love to cook……

“We rented this property for spring break for a week, there were 11 of us and several family came over for dinners. Plenty of outdoor space and it was as pictured. The games outside and pool were perfect and as listed. The beds were very comfortable, we appreciated the extra sheets and towels with all the kids. The property needed a few things but the manager was very responsive and got them for us right away. The kitchen was a little sparsely stocked when cooking for at least 11 but we made do.……

“The minute we arrived, the kids's lit up when they saw the amazingly large pool. Andy got us checked in and we loved having so many bed options for the kids so they had their own spaces. We were actually working remotely and the wifi worked well enough for 3 of us on laptops and I was able to take meetings next to the pool! This worked perfectly for our needs and was only 5 minutes away from food options.”
