“La dame était très gentille. Il n'y a rien à redire là-dessus. Par contre, en termes de service, c'est à désirer. J'avais commandé une chambre supérieure. Au final, j'ai eu une chambre simple. Elle m'a offert le petit-jeuner pour compenser, mais le petit-jeuner n'a rien d'extraordinaire. Au final, j'ai perdu plus d'argent qu'autre chose. Si j'aurais su, je ne serais pas allé chez elle, parce que la chambre qu'elle m'a donnée, il y avait la salle de bain avec vitrées, donc aucune intimité pour……

“What an incredible treasure! Stayed with my 2 kids (5 & 8) and they were shocked and amazed with how incredible this mansion was! Tastefully decorated with a FABULOUS breakfast, highly recommend. Restaurant was closed for our visit they recommended a pizzeria with a woodfire oven (6eur Pizzas that were amazing). I would go far out of my way to go back here! Book it today! ”

“Our arrival time was after the reception closed - I had messaged them in advance and have to say the instructions that they left me were spot on - so very helpful and correct. Tbh we were only in the hotel for less than 10 hours but all was good for us on our road trip ! ”

“Magical castle with fantastic dining hall set in the outskirts of once-great manufacturing town of Ivrea famous for its Olivetti typewriters. “Séjour très agréable,nous avons été accueillis par les propriétaires de l'hôtel malgré l'heure tardive très chaleureusement, ceux-ci nous ont conseillé un très bon restaurant pas très loin de l'hôtel. Durant notre séjour nous nous sommes sentis comme en famille.La sympathie de ce couple n'est pas feinte.Ils sont très sociables et gentils. Nous avons pus passer l'après-midi avec notre famille au bord la piscine malgré le fait qu'ils ne logeaient pas dans l'hôtel ils ont été les bienvenus. En……

“Firstly, there is no front desk at this property. Instead, a man (whose English could use improvement) meets you to explain how to use the keys for entering your room and exiting the building. It’s crucial to fully understand how to exit the building, especially if you’re leaving early in the morning. When I checked out early the next day, I found the front door locked, contrary to what had been explained, which left me in a state of panic.”

“Personale cortese, il posto è in una zona silenziosa, circondato dalla natura, sicuramente se ricapiteremo in zona non esiteremo a ritornarci! DO NOT do what I did: reserve the 3-room apartment and show up at the given address. (The instruction to make prior arrangements if you are arriving after 10:30 pm is completely misleading.). “The hotel building is a old Italian building that has been renovated too a high standard with a modern bathrooms, but also has been decorated to in a way that reflects its history. The staff are are versed in English, are friendly and respectful and love to help in any they can. The restaurant may be a bit expensive for some, but well worth a try as the food is amazing. I only thing that could be improved in my opinion is the variaty in the breakfast buffet. Besides that, I will be returning……
