“Absolutely beautiful place. Our room was so unique with a canopy 4 poster bed. Kim, the inn keeper was magnificent. Breakfast was delicious and served with fresh fruit and very tasty coffee. Would stay again for sure.”

“The cleanliness, location, free parking and included breakfast make this place a 5 star stay. It’s a 5 minute walk to the cliff walk and 15-20 to Thames Street. The inn keepers were hospitable and always reachable - they even lowered the temp when we asked. Stay here if you are looking for a B&B that is reasonably priced compared to others in Newport. ”

“Such an amazing Inn! Perched above the walk & the setting was so tranquil & beautiful. We spent two evenings sitting at the fire pit enjoying the peace & drinking a glass of wine (lovely afternoon wine & snacks provided!). We loved our room - the decor was stunning - so many special touches. Breakfast was also a treat! Can’t wait to come back! Truly a special place!”

“Beautiful, unique hotel in a great location - right next to the Cliff Walk and the beach - beautifully maintained, and very clean. Great indoors and outdoors restaurants, including famous Cara. Outstanding service - we were treated like royalty. Can't wait to go back.”

“We had a wonderful stay here. Breakfast was delicious. Assorted pastries, quiche, fruit, overnight oats, coffee. All wonderful. We stayed in the Beach House on the 2nd floor. It was like a little apartment. Beware though. If you have any issues walking steep stairs you may want to stay on the ground floor. There are no elevators so this was a bit difficult but we were able to manage. There is no front desk, so you need to check in via text which was fine. They could have been a little more……

“We stayed here for two nights for a wedding. The staff were helpful. Parking is an excellent benefit. Everything is in easy walking distance. The continental breakfast was a bonus and quite a surprise with excellent coffee, fresh pastry assortment and bagels but the fresh fruit was a nice way to start the day. Very very quiet. Nice touch with fresh cookies at the desk when you wanted just a little snack. I will definitely stay again! ”
