“Die Unterkunft war schön und wir haben im voraus ein Upgrade bekommen, jedoch hatten wir grosse Probleme mit der Unterkunft. Wir haben im voraus das Glamping in Monticello gebucht. Auf der Buchung, Bestätigung usw. stand auch diese Adresse (man findet dies auch noch jetzt auf div Buchungsplatformen unter dieser Adresse). Am Tag der Buchung waren wir in Monticello zum einchecken. Da bekamen wir eine E-Mail vom Host in der erneut die Adresse, Code usw. stand. Das war nun plötzlich im 1.5h……

“This was our second time staying at Kokopelli West since 2018. Nicely upgraded renovations with kitchen allowing us to cook meals instead of going out. Cass was great, very communicative and even let us know the property was ready for early check in. Highly recommend especially for families.”

“This was a super nice, brand new property. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms. One bedroom also has a loft with two additional beds for a small or flexible person. Really an ideal arrangement for Grandma, Grandpa, Mom, Dad, and a couple kids. I think we were the first people to ever stay in the unit. Manager was super responsive to concerns and quick to get things fixed and make sure we were taken care of. Very accommodating as we had several extra vehicles and trailers, they made sure we……
