“We visited at the end of December, which is off season. We were the only guests. The staff took us on hikes and made dinner, lunch, and breakfast just for us. They were fully staffed as it is a working ranch. Rooms were excellent directly facing the river. The setting is magnificent with huge mountains and mesas surrounding the property. We loved it and the team there. ”

“This was a super nice, brand new property. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms. One bedroom also has a loft with two additional beds for a small or flexible person. Really an ideal arrangement for Grandma, Grandpa, Mom, Dad, and a couple kids. I think we were the first people to ever stay in the unit. “All was good except for the cleaning of the room. They came in and emptied the garbage and changed out the makeup towel but left the floor unvaccumed, the counters uncleaned and the beds unmade. It was pathetic. It be never seen poorer service. When I ask for them to come back and do it right, I was told “Sorry, they don’t speak English.” So we didn’t have them come back for the next 2 days we were there - it was pointless. On the positive side the beds were comfortable and the pool was nice.……

“Great place to stay in Moab. Comfortable, clean, good location. We liked having a full refrigerator and kitchen plates, etc. The only two negatives was the kitchen sink is the bathroom sink and there is no convenient place for your toiletries and the mattress seemed a little worn. But overall a great value for the money. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful.”
