“The condo was beautiful and in a great location in Moab. The place was tidy and had all the amenities needed like pots, pans, coffee maker, etc. The hot tub was very private and easy to use. It was quiet, despite the loud music from the restaurant next door. We couldn't hear it at all from inside. The condo was located on the bottom floor and we could occasionally hear someone moving around upstairs, but could not hear conversations or anything. The large double headed shower In the master……

“This property had everything we needed and was in a great location for us to do day trips to The Needles, Arches, Canyonlands, and Dead Horse Point State Park. Just 10 minutes south of town and nice and quiet for tired nights in the hot tub. The response time and communication were top notch. ”

“The location is great. Close to supermarkets. There are restaurants around as well. It’s fairly quiet at night during my stay. However this largely depends on the neighbor. The house is clean and everything works. There were some small items that I ask for. Tyler was able to provide for me. Overall I am satisfied with this place. ”

“We really liked staying here! Plenty of space, quiet neighborhood (at least in January!), short walk up the hill to a beautiful red rock bluff with great views. Short drive into town. Loved having a fireplace when it was cold outside and having a little patio with table/chairs bordered by a green grassy area (which is rare in Moab!) The kitchen had almost everything we needed - lots of condiments, kitchen tools/gadgets, convection oven/stove, pots, plates, glasses (including wine glasses),……
