“My first time in Moab, and our choice in VRBO lent to a great experience. We appreciated the layout, warm decor and everything from smart tv and Sonos to the fresh clean hot tub that we enjoyed nightly. Other reviews complained about upstairs noise (which can’t be controlled by the owner) however we didn’t experience this and overall it was a very quiet area. Tyler was extremely pleasant and prompt with communication. If I had to be completely fair and honest, the only thing we can’t rate 5 of 5……

“Approx 4 hours from SLC airport, approx 6 mins to downtown moab. 30 mins- Arches, 45 to Canyonlands and 2.25 to Capitol Reef. Place smelled clean when we arrived - 2 rooms and a larger full bathroom upstairs. Kitchen /living room /smaller bathroom(toilet & standing shower) Easy to find /park. Glad it had a garage. “The condo was in a perfect location, only about 10 minutes outside of downtown Moab which made visiting the nearby national parks much easier. The condo did look like the photos and getting to enjoy the pool and hot tub was nice though it was often completely overrun by children who were not being watched by their parents. We really enjoyed our stay overall but were slightly disappointment with the cleanliness of the unit and the kitchen. There was one jar of salt and one other seasoning but……

“We loved the whole property from our condo to the recreation areas. We were comfortable and able to be together while still having enough space for some privacy. The kitchen is well equipped and convenient. The only exception is the upper cabinet and microwave height. We used the pool almost daily in spite of the weather. Grandkids loved it!”
