“Overall we were satisfied with our stay. Location and neighborhood is great. The place does need a bit of a once over tightening some screws, handles, cabinet doors, etc. However, for a three day stay it was great for what we needed. ”

“Beautiful townhome about 5 miles from downtown Moab. Good rooms with comfortable beds, good lighting, and kitchen with whatever you need. Especially nice to have was a garage where we stored our bikes and equipment during the night. TV had cable but didn’t appear to be connected to the internet which is useful for Netflix, YouTube, Amazon Prime, etc.”

“Place was clean and nice. Dated but that not really an issue with our group. The ants everywhere were. We dealt with them and still had and good stay. We choose this for the hot tub and was disappointed as it was non usable with a sign that said don't use. I wouldn't have stayed here had i known. Overall. Still had a great time in moab, And i understand things happen. Thank guys... ”

“1 - nicely decorated, we had friends that stayed in the same complex and visited each other. Although both places were the same, ours was definitely nicer/better upgraded. 2 - having a two car garage was awesome, we were able to back the Tacoma in every night with the two dirt bikes in the bed so no loading and unloading or security issues (not that I felt there would be any issues in the neighborhood but you never know these days). It was also handy to lay out the gear from the day to air out……
