“Gorgeous property in a quiet rural location, but convenient (5 minute drive) to several towns with lots of dining options. Very comfortable beds, great water pressure in the shower, charming and welcoming hosts, and delicious(!) breakfast. Beautiful garden filled with birdsong, very peaceful and relaxing - we would have loved to stay longer! Hosts were very helpul with recommendations for places to eat and things to see - absolutley delightful all around!”

“Checked in quickly by an amazing female member of staff on front desk. We were shown around the hotel and arrangements were made for breakfast. Our room over looked the beer garden which was slightly noisy but there was a function ongoing which ran into the night. The room was spotless, there was water, tea and coffee supplied and we had a super comfy bed. For breakfast there was a continental breakfast available and you could also have a cooked breakfast. “This B&B is beautifully presented and located in amongst scenic countryside adjacent to beautiful coastline and hills. The family are lovely and very welcoming. The service was exceptional and the atmosphere was relaxing and quiet. I would stay there again in a heartbeat. ”

“We stayed in Cottage A as a family of 6. It is a very beautiful cottage and it was set up with a beautiful Christmas tree. The host was very friendly and helpful, and had the fire in the living room set up burning already, and the hot tun already set up ready to go. It was very clean and everything is very modern and just beautiful. Unfortunately we didnt get to spend much time admiring the views because it was raining a and very windy/ cold. Without the kids we could have done more exploring……

“My mum uses a Zimmer and the acces for her limited mobility was amazing. The staff truly went over and above from the second we walked in to the bar, restaurant, concierge, restaurant, spa etc.... I don't know how they get to know everyones names as so many people go through the door every day. Everyone was exceptional. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud. Food was out of this world. We weren't bothered too much yet, restaurant seemed to know just by a look, that we were going to ask for……

“Main standout quality of this hotel is it’s location. Beautiful views of The Mournes and very well maintained gardens. Also ample car parking space. If you want a quiet place to escape then this is it. Very attentive staff and excellent food. We did get the impression that one of the male staff was overworked- it seemed that he was absolutely doing everything, but must stress that he was an excellent ‘people person’ and that nothing was a bother to him. “Darren was a brilliant and friendly host without being intrusive, which is his style. Great continental breakfasts, lovely spacious room and very clean facilities.
