“The property was inexpensive. The bathroom and bed linens appeared and smelled clean. The property is old and falling apart. Our bathroom door wouldn’t close as it set crooked in the door frame, cracks and missing plaster on the walls and ceiling. Dripping tub faucet. Outside condition of the building was shabby with rusting beams, cracking and deteriorating plaster and no landscaping whatsoever. If you are just looking for an inexpensive place to sleep this is okay.”

“The house served our purposes. There is a downstairs occupant that we were unaware of and don’t recall seeing anything about. There are also are no televisions in the house. I don’t recall seeing anything about that either. The master bedroom bed was nice and large but pretty uncomfortable. Over all, it was a nice stay for what we needed it for. ”
