“The location is generally in the middle of nowhere. But oddly enough, my friend and I came down to visit some friends we know who live in Locust Grove. It was a great trip. House was fantastic and the location was perfect right on the water. No issues with check-in. Great hosts. Great location and place.”

“This is a beautiful house with lots of space and everything you need. The pool and game room were big hits. So comfortable and clean. Our daughter got married in Virginia so we had lots of people in and out all week. We will definitely stay here again when we are in the area. ”

“I have previously stayed at this location when it was operated as a bed and breakfast, this time it is only a lodging spot with complimentary drinks which was conveyed in the listing. The home is lovely and easily located in Orange, with quick access to many historical areas. While the Fenton is listed as having a bathroom, which it does, it is a tiny water closet at best. “This is everything you want in a VRBO! Extremely clean, warm and welcoming hosts, easy check in, cozy king size bed and the view while luxuriating in the hot tub is unbeatable! “Nice, peaceful farmhouse with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Close to vineyards and quaint villages with great restaurants, however the best thing about it is its proximity to the Old Rag Mountain trailhead. If you're planning to do that hike, this home is just a short walk to the trailhead so you won't have to worry about the parking issues, and after the hike, the hot tub on the home's deck is heavenly! Wonderful place for a wonderful get away!”
