“Overall, we loved it! Very comfortable house. Lots of bugs, though that's to be expected in this part of the state. If the house is going to be vacant for a while before tenants come in, it might be beneficial to run a few OTC fumigators, but not a big deal...good for building character for our kids!!There was an odor of gas near the front foyer area. We saw it referenced in the guest book, so I'm not sure why that's still an issue. If we had been able to smell it anywhere else, we'd……

“We had a wonderful and relaxing weekend at this cottage. There was plenty of space for several adults who stayed with us for the weekend. Plentiful bedding towels and all the comforts of home. The kitchen is well stocked to cook and bake for various of meals. We had fun relaxing under the arbor of wisteria and at the firepit. Deer, turkey, and a groundhog were plentiful to see as they wandered around the adjacent farm. It is very quiet and yet so close to town. Very convenient for local sites,……
