“We arrived around 1am to the property and the young lady with red hair (Im so sorry I cant remember her name) was extremely nice, caring, and just overall made the stay 1000% better. When we checked in the first room they offered us had the ac broken. I reported it to her she ran back downstairs got us situated in another room and took us back up the new keys before we even finished packing back up. Hotel room was well worth the money and that girl alone made the whole trip worth it. Will……

“This hotel is so peaceful. Extremely quiet. Friendly staff. The property was clean. I witnessed housekeeping cleaning non stop. Ms.Joann the manager is extremely professional, she really helps people in the community with an affordable amazing experience at this hotel. Thank you Ms.Joann for helping me & my mom. “First a for most, there’s a side door to check in at 7pm, the sliding doors where locked, you had to used another door to go to your room, which was the fire exit. Upon walking in to the hotel it smelled like weed, to get into the elevator you had to go around two rolling out side trash cans that stayed infront. Of the elevator… we where on the 3rd floor the fall way floor had soft spot on it. We get to put room … just horrible gross nasty the floors where damp there was dead an live baby……

“My stay at the Jefferson Home was horrible the kitchen stayed dirty the back stayed dirty but of course I had to clean it because I used it 😒, everyone N the home was suppose to work together to make sure the home was comfortable for everyone there that wasn't the case no one from the property management team came to check on the property. I stayed 6 days there with my Moma with no TV Moma was miserable without a TV thank GOD I had a tablet she could watch shows on this was just an all out……

“In disbelief I never received a code to the apartment. I tried to call several times. They never answered Orbitz as well. On top of that it was Mardi Gras weekend and couldn’t find a hotel til we got past Beaumont. I’m appalled how everything was handled. I need a refund. I’ve been a loyal customer for around 20 years . The apartment was so misleading with the cute pictures. You should see the neighborhood. The yard was covered in cigarette butts and the trash can was overflowing. I need a……

“Old, state of disrepair. Description of property is a lie. Set up like a boarding house, not a private apartment with a private bathroom. Other people staying there when I arrived. Internet did not work. When I contacted them through Expedia they stated that they would give me a full refund and I did receive a full refund without any hassle. ”
