“Such a cute little gem, right outside of downtown Lafayette. The house was lovely inside and out. The recent renovations and layout of the house makes it feel so much bigger than it is. The vaulted ceilings, and beautiful attention to details in the interior design made this a new place to stay when we visit! ”

“I had to to check out of my room 10-02-25 to go to the bank. Came back at check in time 1:30pm. They put me back in my same room that I checked out of. It was never cleaned and the sink was still leaking. Also when I paid at the property with cash they forgot to give me my change. So today they came to askif I was staying I told them I just was waiting for my friend to come bring my check. This was at 11:50 pm. Then at 1:00 they demanded I remove all of my things while they stood there and……

“Upon arrival i was taken aback. There was a tarp on the roof on signs of construction in the front yard. In order to get into the home you have to walk around the house to the back door. Upon entry there were signs of water damage in the ceiling. Fast forward l....had electricity upon check-in but after returning, about 5 hours later the electricity said look for me.....yeah not an ounce of electricity at the residence. The home could really use an update. Aside from the electrcity issue, i felt……

“My stay at the Jefferson Home was horrible the kitchen stayed dirty the back stayed dirty but of course I had to clean it because I used it 😒, everyone N the home was suppose to work together to make sure the home was comfortable for everyone there that wasn't the case no one from the property management team came to check on the property. I stayed 6 days there with my Moma with no TV Moma was miserable without a TV thank GOD I had a tablet she could watch shows on this was just an all out……
