“The Seneca River home was a pleasure to stay at for my wife, family and I while we visited local family in the Baldwinsville area for Thanksgiving. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was extremely well appointed. The property was exactly how it was described on the VRBO web listing We look forward to staying again !”

“Your property was the absolute perfect spot for our family to gather for my son’s wedding, at not to far, Ventosa Vineyards. The amount of bedrooms and bathrooms made it so much easier for everyone to have their own space getting ready for wedding rehearsal and on the wedding day. Coming from the Buffalo area, and most of us being big Buffalo Bills fans, the large screen tv in the sprawling living area, made it wonderful for us to watch the Bills win on the first night we checked in. “This was a great stay. The home was very clean and cozy. The weather was very cold, but as soon as we walked into the home we warmed right up. The beds were comfortable, and the linen was very clean. The parking was a private driveway which was great to be able to park off the street. We would highly suggest staying here. ”

“This is a lovely home in a quiet neighborhood with a gorgeous view of the lake. It has a large deck, patio, and a sitting area and dock at the water's edge. The house was very clean, comfortable and spacious with large windows overlooking the water and property. Anne, the host, is very friendly and easy to communicate with, offering many suggestions of places to see and things to do in the area. The nearby town is very charming and just a short ride away. “House was perfect for what we needed, beautiful views from the porch, well equipped kitchen for all the cooking we did. The bar near the dock was very busy but closed at 9 anyways so no problem with noise. The dock was in good shape and we had to worries docking our boat there.”

“This was for a wedding and the groomsmen stayed! I spoke with Debbie on the phone briefly and let her know that after rehearsal dinner that the bride and some bridesmaids would be stopping in to hang out for a bit and she was very nice about it. Communication was immaculate. If I ever need a house in Skaneateles again I will 100% be looking at this house again!”

“This apartment is super cozy and so close to downtown Seneca Falls that we were able to walk all over town! John & Sven were so accommodating and helpful. Will definitely stay again if we come back to town! ”

“The home is beautiful and the scenery gorgeous. The only recommendations we would have is that the living room furniture is not comfortable for spending any significant time in but the screened in porch is lovely. One minor item is the silverware- several knives and forks were damaged due to the plastic handles. Metal silverware would be a great replacement. Otherwise it was a great place to enjoy all of our classmates. We never left the entire weekend. ”
