“Stayed with my family for the weekend for the State fair. The house was perfect. The location was a little sketchy but no issues. The only issue is with the upstairs tenants. You could hear the creeky floors late at night and in the early morning hours. Kept you up if your a light sleeper. ”

“You couldn't ask for a better location if you like having tons of food and adult beverages right out your front door since you are right downtown. Beautiful modern yet vintage feel, comfortable king bed and nice hot shower. We did not prepare any food during our 4 day stay but there was plenty of appliances and dishes if we wanted to do that. Only a mini fridge but again with all the eating options downtown really no reason to stay in. Cannot do laundry but we did find a laundry mat if needed……

“Love the old homes with the super high ceilings! They have a lot of class and charm. Everything was in walking distance. Would highly recommend the Balloons restaurant, for their top notch service and food. If you want see the historical sites in town, check the sites online info. Some sites and restaurants have limited availability in the winter months. ”

“I couldn't get over how stunning this property was. Absolutely beautiful. The place was also immaculate. There was a/c in every room, which was very nice. And the bathroom!! Wow, the tub was WONDERFUL. I decided I had to try it so I began filling it up. I walked away to get my things ready & thought there's no way the water is going to stay hot throughout. We'll was I wrong, the water was so hot that I had to add alot of cold water. I used the Dr Teal's Himalayan bath salt which the owners were……

“The property is exactly as pictured. The bathroom is beautiful. It was a very hot and humid night and the air conditioner kept us cool and comfortable. The only 1 suggestion for improvement- we reserved the room for 4 guests and were given 2 towels. Everything else was very nice. ”
