“These weary travelers needed a safe and clean place to rest. Best Western Ackworth GA did not disappoint. The rooms were clean, the beds were comfortable, and there were so many conveniences; shampoo, conditioner, body wash, iron, ironing board, hair dryer, full length mirror right by the door, television, refrigerator, microwave, etc. Complimentary breakfast of eggs, biscuits & gravy, sausage, waffles, cereal, toast, fruit, juices, etc. was an unexpected bonus!”

“The front desk attendant was very helpful and nice. Very warm personality. The room fits the name of the hotel: Quality and lots of it. Its location was also perfection with several restaurants, shops, and gas stations less than a mile away from the hotel.”

“2:00 in the morning random neighbor rooms started fighting amongst one another and did not stop yelling and fighting until about 5:00 in the morning. I couldn't be more dissatisfied.. I barely slept I feel like crap now and haven't been able to catch up on sleep”
