“The upstairs A/C was not working. All indications were that the compressor was broken, but after many hours of back-and-forth with the property manager, she was still convinced it was a thermostat problem. It was very hot and almost impossible to sleep in the upstairs bedrooms. Another A/C problem is that the main floor thermostat also controls the basement temperature. “We booked this stay within 24 hrs of arrival due to bad weather changing our family get together plans. Our host was excellent at communicating and helped make our weekend a success. It’s not easy finding a stay that is big enough to accommodate our group with the perfect combo of bedrooms and beds. The beds were super comfortable and the entire house has everything plus some that you could need! Highly recommend!”
